S.G.T.S always provides traditional support and also offers upgradeable training methods to promote knowledge of technologies and products through the use of tools such as:
- Technical Support: a technical line in direct contact with qualified personnel to provide customers with a consulting service for the use of products, their installation and the composition of systems.
- Technical update: Practical training provided to customers to improve knowledge of products and systems, especially with regard to technological change and the “plus” of products. Supported by state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and demonstration panels, they are held within the company SGTS, but they are also offered locally by agencies and dealers. Headquarters training is also an opportunity for clients to visit the company and personally appreciate its structure and organization.
